چکیده مقاله:

The amount, stability and function of antioxidant compounds are very essential in plant survival under stress conditions. Also, wheat grain has a lot of antioxidant compounds that can play a vast function in human health. In this research, the genetic diversity of antioxidant properties evaluated among ۱۱ wheat genotypes in two cultivation Date at two Years. The traits had been included Total Polyphenols Content (TPC), Total Antioxidant Activity (TAC), and Flavonoid Contents (FC). The effects confirmed that environmental conditions had significant effects on TPC, TAC and FC. Also, the significant differences have been determined between genotypes for these traits and genotypes confirmed distinctive behavior in extraordinary environments, which suggests the inheritance complexity of these traits. According to the results, variation determined amongst different genotypes for antioxidant properties, and the quantity of TAC and TPC will increase with the occurrence of stress. Then, they reduced after passing a certain threshold. The FC reduced in all genotypes under the impact of the stress by the delay in cultivation, as well as, the Year factor. Genetic evaluation confirmed that General Heritability was moderate in TAC and high in TPC and FC. The major contribution of phenotypic variation for TAC to be associated with genotype × environment interactions (۶۵.۲%). In TPC, environmental variation performed a major role in developing the phenotypic variation (PCV), that led to reduction in the Genetic Advance for TPC. For FC, due to the high interaction effect of genotype ×the environment (۲۰.۰۹%), the Genetic Advance for this trait was additionally low. In conclusion, there is an interaction between the genotype and the environment that impacts the heritability values and leads to the deviation of the observed outputs from the anticipated values for the antioxidant properties and this interaction must be considered.
