چکیده مقاله:

In this research, the mechanical properties of metal mesh structures made of ۳۱۶Lstainless steel made by direct laser deposition method under tension have beeninvestigated numerically and experimentally on a homogeneous substrate using acontinuous fiber laser. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the mechanicalproperties of metal mesh structures under tensile test and also to predict these propertiesthrough simulation. For this purpose, the sample with a rhombus mesh pattern wasincrementally manufactured and then subjected to tensile test. Examining the resultsshowed that the lattice sample with a rhombus design has endured the ultimate force of۵۸۲۲ newton's before failure and has increased in length by ۲۹.۹ mm. The numericalresults are in high agreement with the practical results and it has been able to predict thebehavior of the material, the fracture section and the force well, and only ۳.۸% error inthe force prediction. Due to the axial symmetry, the force is completely evenlydistributed between the cells and all the cells have changed shape from rhombus to oval.
