چکیده مقاله:

This study is a library study based on secondary data collection. The data were collected from ten highest companies in the list of the World’s Most Admired Companies ranked by Fortune magazine. To acquire relevant data about their HR policies and motto and their application of IT for HRM, their websites were studied closely. The results suggest that the human resource management of multinational corporations is all based on e-recruitment and intranet. These two powerful tools have helped them to acquire globally competitive personnel, equity of employment opportunities, diversity, and knowledge workers. The study concludes with a discussion of the implications of the findings for practitioners and academic researchers
