چکیده مقاله:
Floating structure can be constructed to create floating airports, bridges, breakwaters, piers and docks, storage facilities, mobile offshore structures and even habitation. Because of limited practical experience, the detailed design of floating structure has required integrated and well-balanced hydroelastic simulations that use realistic structural and hydrodynamic models that correspond to the actual environmental conditions. In this paper, a numerical simulation of floating structure in earthquake force based on ABAQUS software is presented. Components of the floating structure for the numerical simulation are concrete wharf, access bridge, float structure, floating facility, sea bed, breakwater and water around the structure. Numerical method for the simulation is Finite element method (FEM). Numerical simulation results for the floating structure are displacements and stresses in x, y and z directions. The performed simulation method in this paper can be used as a new idea to simulate other floating structures.
