Investing The Effects Of The Physical EnvironmentOf Workplace On Employee Creativity

because of the developments in technology and work mechanization, human practical activities have changed to mental activities which demonstrates the need of creative thinking and promotion of the level of creativity and innovation among employees more than ever. In this research, we investigate the impact of the physical environment of the workplace on employee creativity and according to the descriptive-analytical method, with an applied purpose has been studied based on field surveys and survey methods.Library resources such as books, articles, magazines, journals, and staff opinions by filling out a questionnaire have been used to collect information. The statistical population is the employees of Mehrabad International Airport of Tehran that we study ۱۰۰ persons of them. According to the results the physical environment has a significant impact on the creativity of the employees in the workplace, of which artificial lighting and nature have the most impact.
