UTILIZATION OF NATURE IN TRADITIONALIRANIAN ARCHITECTURE

The main challenge in today's architecture is to cut off the link between native architecture and modern needs. It is necessary to examine the methods used in traditional buildings as a symbol of green solutions and then adapt them to the modern technological concepts of contemporary technological advances. In addition, the study aims to promote bioethics and create an urgent awareness of the Iranian construction industry in order to create buildings that are operational in order to improve environmental health and enrich the culture and history of a nation. The methods and techniques used in traditional Iranian architecture emphasize different dimensions of sustainability. It has the least contrast with the environment and nature, and in fact, architecture has been an integral part of its surroundings. Using these principles in today's design and construction increases the efficiency, utility, and comfort of the housing that is lost today in the new architecture. Therefore, the current study attempts to identify the principles and methods of sustainability in traditional housing.
