A novel magnetic nanoparticles is prepared and characterized, then its catalytic application is
investigated in the synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyrans. The Fe۳O۴@ SiO۲@/Pr-
N=Mo[Mo۵O۱۸]nanocatalyst was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy
(FTIR), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). This magnetic nanocatalyst exhibited high
activity in the synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyrans and gave corresponding products in high
yield.
