چکیده مقاله:

Renewable energy has become increasingly popular in recent years due to its environmental sustainability. Fragility and irreversibility are two of the most important features of fossil fuel consumption and production. This research is aimed to identify the system map in which renewable energies are defined, characterized, and functioned. This article has provided an introduction to renewable energy, discussing its various forms and benefits, and demerits while discussing the overall formation of its theory and evolution. After all, it is concluded that the climate and environmental change as direct consequences of fossil fuel consumption has heated the concerns about a more generative alternative which is clean energy. Renewable energy is generated from sources such as solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, and hydropower and is considered to be an important part of the global transition toward sustainability as it provides a clean and reversible energy source.
