چکیده مقاله:

High value bio-products extraction from microalge has received great attention as asustainable alternative for traditional source of energy. However, bio-productsextraction from microalge is highly depends on culture conditions such as temperatureand light intensity. In this research, the effect of different temperature and light intensityon microalge growth rate and high value bio-product extraction of carbohydrate, proteinand lipid was investigated. S. Platensis and Zarrouk were used as microalge and culturemedium, respectively. According to the results, maximum biomass concentration of ۱.۶g/L was achieved under ۳۵ °C temperature and ۳۰۰۰ lux light intensity. Regarding bioproductextraction, maximum concentration of ۱۹, ۵۴ and ۲۵ %MDW of carbohydrate, protein and lipid were recorded under optimal condition of light intensity (۳۰۰۰ Lux)and temperature (۳۵ °C), respectively. The findings of this research proved thatmicroalge biomass cultivation under an appropriate condition can be considered as apromising approach for high value bio-product production such as carbohydrate, proteinand lipid.
