چکیده
Background and aim: Coronavirus pandemic has led to the spread of psychological problems specially in health-worker. The aim of the present study was to compare resilience, spiritual intelligence and perceived stress in clinical nurses and prehospital emergency technicians in coronavirus outbreaks.Materials and method: In this cross-sectional analytical study, ۱۶۳ clinical nurses and ۱۱۸ pre-hospital emergency technicians of Shahroud University of Medical Sciences in ۲۰۲۰ were participated. Data collection tools included the Demographic Characteristics questionear, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, King Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire, and the Cohen Perceived Stress Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by independent t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient in SPSS V۲۳.Results: The mean age of pre-hospital emergency technicians was ۳۳.۸۹±۶.۴۴ and nurses were ۳۳.۰۰±۸.۷۰. There was no significant difference between the mean scores of resilience (P = ۰.۶۹) spiritual intelligence (P = ۰.۹۱) between the two groups of nurses and pre-hospital emergency technicians, but there was a significant difference between the mean scores of perceived stress. It was more in the group of pre-hospital emergency technicians (P = ۰.۰۰۱).Conclusion: The perceived stress during COVID-۱۹ was higher in prehospital emergency technicians vs. nurses. Therefore, appropriate strategies such as screening, diagnose and psychological interventions should be consider in health worker especially pre hospital technision.کلیدواژه ها
