MoO3 Nanoparticles were fabricated by a reverse micelle method in the presence of Molybdenum tetrachloride (MoCl4). In this system we make micelles as a nano reactor,which our reaction occurs there. We hydrolyze MoCl4with water in those micelles. The resultant MoO3 nanoparticles have been investigated with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and zetasizer.
