چکیده مقاله:

Objective: FLT۳ is one of the significant genes involved inacute myeloid leukemia (AML). It’s activation results in apoptosis proliferation, and differentiation of hematopoietic cells. Ithas two mutation hotspots which leads to cons titutive activationand causing AML. The survival rate for FLT۳ related AML isnearly double fold lower than wild type AML.Materials and Methods: The dataset with GEO accessionnumber GSE۱۷۸۵۵ has been used, and the data analysis wasprogressed with R. s tudio using ۵۰ wild type AML samples and۴۸ FLT۳-related AML. The p value was set on ۰.۰۱, resulted in۵۰۰۰ genes. We Obtained approximately ۲۰۰ hub genes usingS tRING and Cytoscape ۳.۶.۰. Once again using S tRING andGephi ۰.۹.۵ the hubs of hub genes and its modules were obtained. After surveying genes on Enrichr, the joint pathways offive databases were obtained and analyzed. Results: Approximately ۸۰% of pathways with down regulatedgenes and ۹۱% of pathways with up regulated genes that wereinvolved, were validated by literature review. Conclusion: The mos t repeated altered pathways overall wereneurodegeneration and brain diseases such as Parkinson andAlzheimer, mRNA processing and chromatin remodeling, generegulation, apoptosis and cell cycle, proteasome, focal adhesion,es trogen and thyroid hormone, insulin related pathways, breas t cancer, oocyte maturation, and ovarian infertility.
