چکیده مقاله:
Micro/nano-fluidics, a technology characterized by the engineeredmanipulation of fluids at the micro/nano-scale, hasshown considerable promise in point-of-care diagnos tics andclinical research. Micro/nano-fluidic platforms are creatingpowerful tools for cell biologis ts to control the complete cellularmicroenvironment, leading to new ques tions and new discoveries. By simply miniaturizing macroscopic sys tems andtaking advantage of the possibility of massive parallel processing,some micro/nano-fluidic chips enable high-throughputbiological experiments such as cell sorting, single cell analysis,PCR, ELISA and chromatography. Over the pas t ۱۵ years,my group has developed several microfluidic sys tems, whichare translated into practice. In this seminar, I will describe ourrecent efforts in development of new microfluidic sys tems using۳D printing and microfabrication for high-throughput cellsorting and analysis (e.g., s tem cells, CAR-T Cells, CHO cells,etc.) for various applications. I will showcase our new dropletmicrofluidic tools for single cell analysis too.
