Naturally derived nanoparticles target specific tissues and cells and deliver bioactive molecules and drugs to them, becoming important intelligently engineered drug delivery systems. Doxorubicin (Dox) is one of the anthracycline chemotherapy drugs, and alone or in combination with other first-line chemotherapy drugs. ۵-fluorouracil (۵-Fu) has become one of the most used anti-metabolite chemotherapy drugs recently. This compound has been used as a first-line anti-neoplastic agent in the treatment of many cancers. For drug delivery, we used niosome, which we made by the method of thin film hydration technique. Also, in this study, we determined the percentage of trapping and the percentage of release with tests. Also, in this study, we determined the percentage of entrapment and the percentage of release with tests. And one of the other tests we did was DLS. According to the results we obtained, our niosome formulations were very efficient and it is expected that this article will be considered in the future.Therefore, our strategy can be utilized to efficiently evaluate various chemotherapy combinations in cancer treatment.
