چکیده

Undoubtedly, Islam's view on human rights differs from the philosophical view of the world human rights system in some cases, and this difference is not limited to one or two items of the declaration. These differences can be noted in several parts: ۱- Differences in the interpretation of some of the principles and articles of human rights. ۲- The history and history of the defense of human rights as a basis for discussion. ۳- Differences in some of the basics of human rights. Revival of human dignity and freedom and, on the other hand, the realization of human rights have long been one of human desires. It can be said that the moving engine of human history and the sublime philosophy of history is to restore this dignity and human right. Islam, which is one of the greatest divine religions, has detailed discussions in this field, which are discussed in this research with a Quranic and Hadith approach. In this article, we try to clarify the Islamic point of view regarding human rights, especially in the field of the two important principles of human dignity and freedom. And also by relying on the anthropological debates of the present age that have crystallized in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and also by relying on the common understanding of these teachings, we try to prove that this minimum dignity, freedom and human rights are protected The rule of Quran and the school of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) will be established especially in the shadow of the government of Imam Zaman (AS) especially in the present age. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical with library technique.
