The Ranking of Knowledge Management Technologies Affecting Performance Productivity of Experts in Districts ۳, ۵ and ۶ of Tehran Municipality

The present study aimed to investigate the ranking of knowledge management technologies affecting performance productivity of experts in Districts ۳, ۵ and ۶ of Tehran municipality. The research methodology was applied in terms of purpose, cross-sectional in terms of research time, quantitative in terms of data type, and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection method or research nature and method. The statistical population of this research included all experts in Districts ۳, ۵ and ۶ of Tehran municipality (۶۵۰ people), among them ۳۵۶ people were selected as the sample size using cluster sampling method and Morgan table. In this research, the standard ۲۳-item questionnaire of performance productivity by Hersey & Blanchard (۲۰۰۳) and the researcher-made questionnaire (based on the theoretical basics and research background) of knowledge management technologies (۲۸ items) were used. Content and construct validity were used to measure the validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability coefficient to assess the reliability. The obtained coefficients indicated the acceptable validity and reliability of the tool. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and LISREL-V۸.۸۰ software. The results showed that knowledge management technologies affecting performance productivity of experts in Districts ۳, ۵ and ۶ of Tehran municipality in terms of path coffecient in order of priority were case-based reasoning (۰.۸۱), weblog (۰.۷۷), online discussion (۰.۷۱), data mining (۰.۶۷), information retrieval (۰.۵۹), public forums (۰.۵۰), topic map (۰.۴۵), and electronic portfolio (۰.۳۲).
