چکیده

The purpose of the current research is to investigate nutrition on longer memory. Having an accurate and powerful memory is one of the secrets of successful learning and studying. There are many ways to improve memory. But sometimes the role of nutrition in strengthening memory is neglected. One of the important factors in strengthening memory is paying attention to its nutrition during the day. Deprivation of certain foods, as well as excessive use of certain foods during the day, can affect memory. The present study aims to answer the question whether nutrition has an effect on longer memory or not. The research method is descriptive-analytical research in such a way that the researcher can explain And justifying the reasons requires a strong argumentative support. This support through literature search and the theoretical topics of research and formulation of propositions and general propositions about it are provided. The findings show that each person's memory represents that person. Each of us has a unique and irreplaceable memory from a young age. Memory enables us to organize our daily life. Memory affects our attitude to life and as a result your response to the events that happen around you.
