ارائه الگوی ارزیابی چند شاخصه سرمایه فکری Presentation of Multi-indexed Intellectual Capital Assessment Model

عصرحاضر،عصرحاکمیتدانشبرشرکت هامی باشد. به عقیده محققان،سرمایهفکریمهم ترینعاملایجادارزش افزودهدرشرکت هاوعملکردآنهامی باشد؛بنابراین اندازه گیری سرمایه فکری دارای اهمیت ویژه ای دراندازه گیری عملکرد شرکت ها دارد. دراین پژوهش بااستفاده ازتکنیک های تصمیم گیری چند شاخصه وپیاده سازی آن باتوجه به فضای اطلاعاتی محیط ایران و تحقیقات پیشین، مدلی چند شاخصه برای ارزیابی سرمایه فکری درپنج صنعت ازصنایع بورسی ارائه شده است. بر اساس روش نمونه گیری قضاوتی و بر اساس دردسترس بودن اطلاعات، نمونه انتخابی شامل ۸۱ شرکت بوده و از اطلاعات مالی و غیر مالی استفاده گردیده است. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده در پژوهش ترکیبی بوده و برای ارائه مدل ازقضات های ارزشی (کیفی) و برای آزمون فرضیات، روش های کمی وکیفی مورداستفاده قرارگرفته است. نتایجبررسیمدلپیشنهادینشان می دهد که با توجه به نتایج آزمون فریدمن روی پرسشنامه بررسی نظرات خبرگان، شامل ۲۲ نفر از محققان آشنا با حوزه سرمایه فکری، آنها مزیت بیشتری برای مدل پیشنهادی،نسبت به سایر شاخص ها قائل بوده، درضمن آزمون اسپیرمن نشان دهنده رابطه مثبت ومعنی دار میان سرمایهفکریمحاسبهشدهبر اساسمدلپیشنهادیتحقیقوسودآوری شرکت ها در تمام صنایع (به جز سرمایه گذاری) بوده است. شرکت های فعال درصنایع مورد بررسی می توانند از نتایج این مدل جهت ارزیابی سالانه سرمایه فکری خود استفاده نموده و بابررسی اجزای مدل نسبت به برنامه ریزی سالانه وبررسی عملکرد مدیریت در جهترسیدن به هدف ها وتطبیق آن با استراتژی های کلی شرکت درحوزه سرمایه فکری استفاده نمایند.Presentation of Multi-indexed Intellectual Capital Assessment Model Mohammad Reza NikbakhtZahra Dianati DeilamiMansour MomeniHossein AhmadiCurrent age is the age of knowledge governance on corporates. The ۲۱st century is known as the century of knowledge-oriented economy based on the intellectual capital. According to researchers, intellectual capital is the most important factor in creating value-added in companies and their performance. Therefore, measuring intellectual capital is of particular importance in measuring corporate performance. In this research, a multi-criteria model has been provided for evaluating intellectual capital Based on the judgmental sampling method and the availability of information, the sample consisted of ۸۱ companies include: banks, automobiles and related parts, chemicals, investment and pharmaceuticals, and used financial and non-financial information. The research method used is mixed and value (qualitative) judgments is used in modeling; to test hypotheses, quantitative and qualitative methods. . Further evaluations of the proposed model show that given to the results of Friedman test on the questionnaire of experts’ survey, including ۲۲ researchers familiar with the field of intellectual capital, they have more advantage for the proposed model than other indicators, and in the following, Spearman test shows a significant positive relationship among the results of the proposed model and the profitability of corporates across the industries(except investment) , which is consistent with most research conducted in this area. Corporates active in the industries under study can utilize the results of this model for annual assessment of their intellectual capital, and take action for annual planning and evaluating management performance in terms of achieving the goals and aligning it with the corporate overall strategy in the field of intellectual capital through examining the model’s components.
