چکیده

This article is written with the aim of investigating the role of elites in the modernization, growth and development of the countries of the world. The method of this research is the study of library and documents which has been done in a comparative and comparative manner through research tools including existing documents, documents and books. In this research, based on the presented model, the role of the elites in the modernization, growth and development of the society is presented. Based on the presented model, the knowledge and experience of elites in the society helps to improve the economy through increasing power and creating a competitive advantage, and finally the goals of modernization, growth and development are achieved. Based on this, the results of this research show that the economic-political elites play a very prominent role in the process of modernization, growth and development of the society through increasing power and improving the economic situation, of course, because these processes Ultimately a function of how leaders manage, the success of elites in creating positive change varies from country to country.
