چکیده

Due to the ever-increasing population growth and the increase in urbanization in the past decades, causes land changes in the city, and these changes in different cities such as social, cultural, economic, and environmental issues that a city can create are one of the most important issues. This article is titled the study of land use change in the quality of the urban environment. In this research, by examining land use changes between ۲۰۱۵ and ۲۰۱۶, we have investigated the effect of these changes on the quality of the urban environment. This research has sought the needs and influences on the quality of the urban environment with the field and library method and has been compared with the indicators of the quality of the urban environment and analyzed with the analytical method. The results of this research on the change of use between these two intervals show a decrease in the quality of the urban environment compared to ۲۰۱۳. The best solution to increase the quality of the urban environment and control the change of use in the vast environment is to manage and upgrade the uses that are in the quality indicators of the urban environment.
