چکیده

In general, changes in construction projects, both in the design stage and in the implementation phase, are inevitable. Currently, many projects undergo such changes that it is necessary to cache their negative effects by using management techniques and tactics as well as the use of world-class technologies. Some of these negative effects included the loss of capital (increase in costs), increased production time and, at the same time, reduced quality.At the same time, all construction management activities are based on the contract documents, and are dependent on the two categories of shop drawings and project specifications. In traditional construction management techniques, various performance drawings, such as structural, architectural, and facility maps, are provided separately, but in sync with each other. The shop drawings are two-dimensional, and even if they are provided with three-dimensional, the system will not be able to identify errors, clashes, and changes. The main goal of this article, is to introduce the capabilities of intelligent Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and its implementation in precast concrete structures.
