چکیده

Background: Male infertility is the cause of ۵۰% of all infertility in infertile couples. In ۴۰-۶۰% of cases of abnormal semen analysis, there is no known cause. In recent decades, platelets have been used as an important source of growth factors for tissue repair and testicular hemodynamic improvement. Different methods have been introduced based on autologous platelet extract, including platelet rich plasma (PRP), plasma rich in growth factors (PRGF) and platelet rich fibrin.Method: In order to conduct this review study with the aim of investigating the effect of PRP on sperm quality in male infertility, the most recent articles in this field have been studied in valid databases such as PubMed, science direct and google scholar.Result: Studies show the positive effect of plasma rich in PRP platelets and platelet growth factors PRGF on the causes of male infertility. Conclusion: The use of PRP and PRGF causes progressive motility, morphology and percentage intratesticular injection of PRP has been shown to azoospermia or severe oligoasthenospermia (OAT). improvement in concentration, motility, of sperm with good fertilization.
