چکیده مقاله:
The Covid pandemic has affected the educational system in the world and in Iran inparticular. The aim of this study was to identify teachers' organizational commitment, jobsatisfaction, and stress level during teaching in Covid-۱۹ pandemic situations. Data werecollected from ۳۰۰ teachers through a questionnaire method and were analyzed throughStatistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software. The results of the study showed thatthe mean scores of the level of work commitment, job satisfaction, and work stress were ۳.۰۵,۲.۹۰, and ۳.۴۱respectively. So the implementation of virtual learning was at a moderate level.Many factors can contribute to the level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction ofvirtual learning that caused stress among teachers during the pandemic. Emotions, motivation,and workload at home and at school, pressure from the society on teachers and teacher’s valuescan be named as some factors. The results of the study have implications for the syllabusdesigners, curriculum developers, and teachers.
