چکیده مقاله:

The aim of this paper is to establish the design and process of a system that expedites concreting. This concreting system includes two connected conveyors that provide five degrees of freedom, called tower belt system. These two conveyors are suspended via a rope connection to a tower crane (Libherr ۵۵۰EC-H۲۰). The required concrete that should be transported by Tower belt is provided by a feeder. The suspended tower belt system is capable of transporting concrete in various elevations due to the tower height. The conveyors may sweep an epicycloid of ۶۴-meter radius at most, in various elevations. The tower belt is suspended using telescoping system and two winches, one of them is for keeping conveyor۱ located on the telescoping system and the other is applied to keep conveyor۲ by means of the main hoisting system of tower crane. The main advantage of the tower belt system is its rate of concreting which is considerably high in comparison with other traditional methods.
