چکیده مقاله:

This paper aims to analyze acoustic of high speed automotive cabin due to aerodynamically generated noise. For this purpose, excitations and cavities were applied to the model. Excitations, sources of sound with high frequencies, entering to automotive interior cabin have been set separately on the cabin panels and window glasses. Cabin interior noise which is felt by front and rear passengers has been calculated and panels having important role in aerodynamically generated noise radiation in interior cabin have been obtained. The effect of using roof steel panel with unconstrained layer of rubber on interior noise reduction has been investigated. Considering frequency limitation in finite element analysis (FEA) and boundary element analysis (BEA), the statistical energy analysis (SEA) method is used. AUTOSEA software was employed to simulate۳D interior cabin of moving automotive. Finally, Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was exerted to obtain optimized panel in terms of panel, both noise reduction and weight. The proposed panel reduces more than %۱۶ of the cabin interior aerodynamically generated noise.
