خلاصه مقاله:
Rice is one of the most important foods in the world. Burning rice husks produces air pollutants such as SO۲, NOx, poisonous gases like carbon monoxide, dioxins, and furans, and volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere. Rice husks contains a high percentage of silica, which is an industrial material widely used as a catalyst, insulation, toothpaste, coating liquid, and cosmetic additive. Therefore, using rice husks to produce silica prevents the release of harmful gases into the atmosphere. In this study, two reactors for extraction of silica from rice husk ash process was designed and the volumetric flow rate, actual volume, and height of the reactor obtained.
