Cultural diplomacy and soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Germany

The use of culture and the use of cultural tools in diplomacy compared to other common tools and levers in international relations have advantages that make people use this amount more than before to reduce misunderstandings between themselves. Based on this, cultural diplomacy becomes the field of diplomacy that creates, develops and pursues relations with foreigners through culture, art and education, and further seeks to discover, define and promote values and common and global use. Therefore, national security is defined by the same values and common. This article tries to answer the basic question of "sources, goals and tools of cultural diplomacy" in a descriptive-analytical way and using library resources. In other words, cultural diplomacy is a subset or part of public diplomacy that tries to interact with others from the basis of culture by using culture as the basis of soft power. Cultural diplomacy is emphasized in this article. Therefore, the main question is what is cultural diplomacy and what place does culture have in diplomacy?
