چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim : Brucellosis is a systemic bacterial disease of the Brucella family withmore than half a million new cases reported annually as a worldwide zoonotic disease It can infectany organ that causes Malt fever in humans and fetal tetanus in animals. Antibiotics ordinary usedto treat brucellosis include tetracyclines, aminoglycosides, trimethoprim, and sulfonamides. Thecurrent method that is the standard for the diagnosis is blood cultures. right now, various rapiddetection methods based on immunological tests, including enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) have been successfully used. LAMPtechnique, is a sensitive detection method, due to the deficiency of accurate diagnosis in thismethod, a nanoparticle-based lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) biosensor was developed toconfirm LAMP products. Methods : Amongst the methods accomplished in the subject of two combination LFIA detectorslinked to LAMPtechnique (LAMP-LFIA) was developed and used for identification of brucellaand treatment by using the dynamic light scattering (DLS) technique The number of solid lipidnanoparticles loaded with doxycycline and hydroxychloroquine was measuredResults : The result showed that drug-loaded NPs significantly reduced acute and chronicbrucellosis and no chemical reaction occurred between the components of the NPS. but The effectof free drugs and NPS on bacteria was similar and the Use of synthesis of Nanomaterials in thesestudies had promising therapeutic results Meanwhile, the detection LAMPtechnique (LAMPLFIA)was specificity and there was no cross-reactivity for other Brucella members and non-Brucella strains, which can be used as a diagnostic tool and/or screening for B. abortus in the basicand field laboratoriesConclusion : The general results show that the use of nanoparticles is a promising approach andan alternative to other treatments, these technique is highly specific and sensitive to the detectionof bacterial species. The use of these new methods is for the treatment and diagnosis of pathogenicinfectious diseases worldwide.
