چکیده
Background and Aim : Psychobiotics are probiotic bacteria which was used as a sufficient doseof bacteria to improve intestinal and brain function. Because intestinal microbes can affect thecentral nervous system using several mechanisms. Probiotics are living microorganisms thatsupplements. They include Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium species, which are used in the healthof the brain and immune system, reducing inflammation and allergies, and improving thesymptoms of intestinal syndrome.Methods : Eating probiotic foods such as pickles, kimchi, sauerkraut, and dairy products thatcontain bacteria are logical to increase beneficial intestinal bacteria. Today, new probiotic productsare being developed, Lactobacillus(La۵), Acidophilus, and Bifidiobacterium(Bb۱۲) Lactin.Results : There is a potential relation between the brain and the gut. So the information which isrelated to the the digestive system is transmitted to the brain and causes the perception of eventssuch as nausea and pain.Conclusion : Psychobiotics affect human excitement and stress, which requires the reduction ofpro-inflammatory cytokines and The increase of cytokines is anti-inflammatory. Another effect ofpsychobiotics is on learning and memory. Recent observation showed that sequencing orspectroscopic, bioinformatics and nutrobiotic technologies are the basis for research on the effectsof psychobiotics.کلیدواژه ها
