چکیده مقاله:

Backgrounds: Breast cancer is the most commonly occurring cancer in women, comprisingalmost one third of all malignancies in females. It is second only to lung cancer as a cause ofcancer mortality and it is the leading cause of death for American women between the ages of ۴۰and ۵۵.۱. Twenty-five percent to ۳۰% of women with invasive breast cancer will die of theirdisease. About ۵ to ۱۰ percent of cases are due to genetic predisposition inherited from theindividual's parents, including BRCA۱, BRCA۲. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of short,non-coding RNAs with endogenous function that control gene expression after transcription bysuppressing translation or mRNA degradation. It is clear that miRNAs play an important role inregulatory mechanisms in various organisms, including the time of evolution and host-pathogeninteractions, as well as cell differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis, and tumorigenesis.Materials and Methods: Therefore, finding more bioinformatics information we used NCBI,miRbase, miRWALK۲.۰, Target scan, DAVID database and KEGG pathway. Results: By examining the KEEG pathways, we predict that the CK۱۹ gene will beoverexpressed due to an increase in miR-۳۰a function, which increases the risk of breast cancer. Conclusion: Considering the effect of Mir-۳۰a and CK۱۹ on each other, therefore, to havetargeted treatment of breast cancer in patients whose increased expression of CK۱۹ has causedcancer, we can use the pattern of reduced expression of Mir-۳۰a as a result of reduced geneexpression and ultimately cancer treatment.
