Applying different wound dressings with antibacterial activities to expedite tissue repair stages has reach significant attention, in recent year. In this study, bacterial cellulose was made. Then, Carbon Quantum Dots (CQDs), CQDs/ Silica nanoparticles (Si NPs) and CQDs/Si NPs/ Silk Fibroin (SF) nanomaterials were prepared. BC- CQDs/ Si NPs/ SF nanocomposite was synthesized by Spray Printing and successfully characterized. FTIR analysis, XRD analysis, DLS, and zeta potential analysis were performed. To determine the antibacterial effects of synthesized materials MIC method was performed, and results imply that materials have high antibacterial activity. Based on the results, the nanocomposite can be used as a wound dressing in tissue engineering applications
