چکیده

E-city is considered one of the essential needs of today society. By using E-city and appropriate training of users and citizens in long term, we will see a lot of progress in field of technology, economics, politics and even in culture. For achieving E-city, there are necessities in order that organizations and citizens can use the E-city service in a more proficient way. In this paper we will investigate this necessity with focusing on improvement of the quality of service to the user. The author in this paper tries to use one of the more effective techniques of artificial intelligence in the core of E-city architecture. The above mentioned technique is learning automata. We try to equip the core of E-city architecture to learning automata so that it can have more effective and optimized precision in selecting service like servers and database for responding to user’s requirements and in this way, offered service to users have higher quality in shortest time.
