چکیده
Usually the performance of project is evaluated using cost / time performance indexes e.g. Scurve or earned value. Based on PMBOK definition, earned value analysis in its various forms is the most commonly used method of performance measurement. Indeed, usually, the performance of project can be found as on budget, on schedule with acceptable level of quality. However, it seems that in a project, there are other related factors which can be focused to measure project performance. In this paper, a balanced scorecard approach (BSC) is applied to measure project performance. That is why, BSC have been implemented successfully in strategic management and applied as a communication tool as well as managerial accounting applications. The proposed approach considers all perspectives of BSC through a project based on PMBOK: 2004. Moreover, it can be useful to present an integrated measurement approach in large scale projects.کلیدواژه ها

COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
