Porous crystalline materials with tailorable structure and ultrahigh surface area like metal-organicframeworks (MOFs) are regarded as ideal candidates for electrocatalysis applications. In particular, their usein catalytic water splitting has attracted much interest. Herein, the synthesis and electrocatalytic properties ofMIL۸۸-B toward the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) have been reported.
