چکیده مقاله:
Stem cells have been used to replace blood and immune systems damagedby cancer cells for over ۳۰ years. These cells can self-renew anddifferentiate, and they play a role in some cancers, including metastasis,heterogeneity, multidrug resistance, and radiation resistance. The potentialof stem cell therapies has long been recognized, and the development ofiPSC has aided the development and scientific knowledge of the stem cellfields. The goal of this study was to discover a method for using stem cellsto find a successful cancer cure. In cancer therapy, stem cells are alreadyused for vaccines, viral careers, HSC transplantation, biomarkers, and otherapplications. CSCs are the main character in cancer, according to manystudies. They resurrect tumors following surgery and chemotherapies. Drugresistance is a result of them. As a result, we must halt all signalingpathways that activate the CSC gene. As stem cells play an important rolein cancer cures, the molecular connection between cancer stem cells(CSCs) and cancer pathogenesis has become a burgeoning field of interest.This research discusses CSC classification and identification, as well as themain determinants and processes that control CSC growth and potentialCSC targeted therapies.
