چکیده مقاله:

Male infertility is a problem that ۱۰-۱۵% of couples of childbearing age face. Itincludes causes such as anatomical defects, infections, traumatic injuries, endocrine disorders, immune system problems, and genetic defects. So far, much research has been done on the role of genetics in male infertility. A largenumber of diseases, from genetic problems to sexual problems, can affect malefertility. In this regard, genetic factors as the most common factors are involved in ۱۰-۱۵% of the causes of male infertility.During Ovogenesis and Spermatogenesis, epigenetic reprogramming occurs inthese cells. This means that the epigenetic symptoms are cleared once at thisstage and then repositioned according to the person's gender. At each stage ofspermatogenesis, specific epigenetic events occur.Genetic tests, along with a complete medical history, physical status, andhormonal profile, are also essential in the evaluation of men with azoospermia.Accurate determination of the genetic cause of azoospermia in infected mencan play an important role in determining the treatment of these individuals. Inthe last decade, with the advent of new sequencing technologies, genesNumerous cases have been identified in relation to various diseases thereforeAzospermia is one of the male reproductive diseases that has become atreatable disease in many years due to the use of assisted reproductivetechniques.
