Investigating effective teaching indicators in the education system (part-time) of Payam Noor University students in Sari

AbstractThe aim of this research is to investigate the indicators of effective teaching in the (part-time) education system of Payam Noor University students in Sari. The research method in this research is descriptive and analytical. The statistical population includes all students of Payam Noor University in Sari, whose number is ۲۵۰۰. The statistical sample in this research is ۱۱۰ students who were selected by simple random sampling. In this research, a ۱۴-question questionnaire of effective teaching was used. This questionnaire consists of ۵ Likert scales from agree to disagree. Also, this questionnaire includes ۴ subscales, communication power, individual personality, teaching method and research knowledge. The reliability and validity of this questionnaire has been reported using Cronbach's alpha of ۰.۸۷. Data analysis was done by SPSS۱۹ software. The research findings show that there is a significant difference between research knowledge, teaching method, communication power and individual personality in the effective teaching method in the part-time education system of students.
