چکیده مقاله:

Background: vaccine aversion, even to minor side effects (SEs), might raise vaccine hesitation at a time when mass vaccination is most needed. Mistrust in safety data provided by pharmaceutical corporations, according to the WHO's Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (SAGE), may play a crucial role in diminishing vaccination acceptance levels. As a result, independent research on vaccines’ safety and SEs are an important asset in boosting public confidence in COVID-۱۹ vaccines and their efficacy. Therefore, in this systematic review, we aimed to gather cases of cutaneous SEs to the COVID-۱۹ vaccines for describing the morphology and timing of cutaneous SEs to COVID-۱۹ vaccines and understanding differences in cutaneous SEs between the two vaccine doses to direct vaccine counselling.Material and Methods: The present study was conducted by systematic review. To access the Cutaneous adverse reactions after COVID-۱۹ vaccine, articles indexed in databases Science Direct, PubMed, Scopus, Google scholar, web of science, Embase and Medline were used. Keywords including COVID-۱۹; SARS-CoV-۲; adverse event; vaccines; delayedinflammatory reaction; vaccine reaction; COVID-۱۹ vaccine; cutaneous adverse reaction; COVID-۱۹ skin; COVID-۱۹ vaccination reaction; COVID-۱۹ vaccine rash; coronavirus vaccine; vaccine allergy were searched over ۲۰۱۸ to ۲۰۲۱. According to the defined criteria, finally ۶۶ Full text articles were reviewed in this study.Result: The results of the present study showed that Pain, Tenderness Warmth, Itch, Redness, Swelling, rash and Herpes zoster is the most common. Additional less common reactions included Fatigue, headache, feverishness, and myalgia, Chills, Fever (۳۸°C), Joint pain, Malaise, Muscle ache, Nausea, anaphylaxis, tachycardia, tachypnea and notable tongue swelling Lymphadenopathy (axillary or regional) and Arthritis. Reactions were more common after the first dose. Symptoms were more common near the injection site but were also seen in the neck, chest, lower back and face. Cutaneous adverse may occur immediately or even after ۳۰ days. Conclusions: A systematic review of previous research shows that cutaneous reactions to COVID-۱۹ vaccination are commonly minor and self-limited, and should not discouragevaccination. Allergic-type cutaneous symptoms, as well as efflorescence and angioedema, are transient and infrequently associated with anaphylaxis. The development of uncommon entities such as herpes zoster, dermal filler reactions were seldom serious but justify clinical monitoring among certain groups. Although further studies are needed to elucidate specific reaction mechanisms and identify optimal management approaches, these existing reports should reassure patients of the overall compelling safety profiles and benignity of skin reactions that may occur after COVID-۱۹ vaccination.
