چکیده
Introduction:Abnormal lipid parameters have been recognized as an important risk factor in the development and progression of cardiovascular disease (CVD). Changing the level of total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and triglycerides (TG), fasting blood sugar (FBS), lipoprotein A (LPA), creatinine (cr), High sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP), and levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) may increase risk of CVD.In this study, we aimed to compare TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, FBS, LPA, creatinine, and hs-CRP between healthy individuals and individuals with CVD disease who have at least one clogged heart vessel. Methods and Materials: We assessed ۳۷۵ healthy and patient persons with age between ۴۰ and ۸۰ years old. The sera were analyzed for the levels of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, FBS, LPA, Creatinine, and hs-CRP., Then analyzed by SPSS by adopting a significance level for a value of p< ۰.۰۵.Results: The results showed that serum levels of TC, LDL-C, TG, FBS, and hs-CRP have significantly increased but HDL-C significantly reduced in patients compared to the controlgroup. LDL, slightly and non-significantly elevated. LPA and creatinine slightly but significantly increased. Conclusion: These results indicate that the lipids profile has a significant impact on CVD risk. The observations from this study provide new insights into the understanding of CVD development and emphasize the importance of controlling the increase of lipids and risk factors to prevent CVD.These findings show that controlling lipid concentration and blood sugar in early adulthood can prevent and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease risk in later life.کلیدواژه ها
