چکیده مقاله:

Background and Objective: Climate change is one of the great problems of humanity in the ۲۱st century. Therefore, it was decided to conduct a review study on this issue and identify the possible damages caused by it. Among the various outcomes, measurements of mortality associated with heat changes were selected. The purpose of this study is to show whether there is a direct or indirect relationship between temperature and mortality.Materials and Methods: This review datas was obtained by searching for the words Climate change, mortality and Temperture in Pubmad database, which resulted in ۱۴ articles,۵ of which were removed from the research due to lack of relevance. Results: Rising maximum temperatures, Rising minimum temperatures, Rising sea levels, Higher ocean temperatures, And an increase in heavy precipitation are the main changes that climate change is influencing. The results show that heating below two degrees Celsius can prevent an increase in temperature-related mortality in most parts of the world. on average, a net increase in additional temperature-related mortality under high diffusion scenarios, albeit with significant geographical differences. In temperate regions such as northern Europe, East Asia and Australia, less extreme warming and extreme cold reduction have a net effect of almost zero until ۲۰۹۰. On the contrary, warmer regions like the central and southern regions of the United States or Europe, and especially Southeast Asia, are greatly affecred by the sharp rise in heat effects and the net increase. In most places, the increase in high-temperature mortality outweighed the decrease in low-temperature mortality, leading to a net increase in temperature-related mortality. Warming climates boost the range within which an illness can find a home, particularly those transmitted by “vectors,” mosquitoes, and ticks that hold a pathogen from its host to its new victim. Bird flu, cholera, Ebola, plague, and tuberculosis are just a few of the diseases with the potential extent and get worse as a result of climate change. Conclusion: Climate and temperature changes has an enormous effect on mortality and many of the direct health effects of rising temperatures can be avoided under procedures that include strategies to limit greenhouse gas emissions and further global warming. Therefore, further studies on this issue and how to prevent further damage play a critical role.
