چکیده مقاله:
Nanocrystalline strontium hexaferrite (SrFe12O19) powders have been synthesized using the Coprecipitation method. The ferrite precursors wereachieved from mixtures of strontium and ferric chloride in a aqueous media whit out any surfactants and soft templates. After washing and drying, the asreceived powder were calcinated at different temperatures at 800 and 1000 oC for constant annealing time 2 h in an air atmosphere. The powders formed were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM). It was found that the single-phase SrFe12O19 powders were obtained by increasing the calcination temperature at 700 oC for 2 h. Moreover, the results indicated that the maximum saturation magnetization (60.53 emu/g) was achieved by increasing the annealing temperature 700 oC because of the formation of a nanocrystalline powder. Wide coercivities (4900–5100 Oe) can be achieved at different synthesis temperature. Likewise, the microstructure and the magnetic properties of the produced Sr–M ferrite powder were strongly dependent on the synthesis temperature
