چکیده مقاله:

The general purpose of this study was to investigate the structural equation of Xrm system from the perspective of employees in Astan Quds sports complex in Mashhad. The research method was in terms of contextual purpose and the research method was a combination of quantitative and qualitative, which was conducted in the field using an interview and a researcher-made questionnaire (extracted from a qualitative interview) from the perspective of employees. The statistical population of this study included ۹۴ employees of Astan Quds Sports Complex in Mashhad. Due to the small number of them, the sampling method was done in whole or in total. In the qualitative part, the analysis of interview data was in the form of three methods of open, axial and selective coding and the interview method was semi-structured. First, by studying the theoretical foundations, a preliminary list of the Xrm variable was prepared, and then the elites were interviewed, and with ۸ theoretical saturation interviews. Questionnaires obtained from the qualitative process consisted of ۵ components. After completing the questionnaires and returning it, the data obtained from this study were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics and all calculations were performed using SPSS ۲۲, Excel ۲۰۱۰ and Smart PLS۲ software. The results of the model showed that the obtained model is desirable in terms of external and combined reliability, divergent and convergent validity as well as confirmatory factor analysis. In order to integrate information and communication with the customer, sports complex managers are recommended to use Xrm models.
