Among the existing training, the comprehensive warm-up training called ۱۱ Plus have been introduced by FIFA to prevent injuries to football and futsal players, and in recent years have been widely developed around the world.The aim of this study was to long-term effect of ۱۱ Plus training on performance indicators of futsal players in Tabriz.۲۰ futsal players from Tabriz with an age range of ۱۴ to ۲۰ years and mean weight (experimental group ۶۴.۹۲±۰.۸۸ and control group ۶۴.۹۷±۱.۰۹) and average height (experimental group ۱۶۸.۰۰±۲.۴۴ and control group ۱۶۸.۰۰±۲.۲۶) In this quasi-experimental study were randomly divided into ۲ homogeneous training and control groups. Static and dynamic balance, strength and endurance of knee flexors and extensor, and plantar flexors and ankle dorsiflexors were measured in the pre-test stage. The test phase consisted of ۸ weeks of ۱۱ Plus training performed by the training group. In the post-test phase, the indicators considered in the study were re-evaluated according to the pre-test phase. Data were analyzed using t-test at a significance level of ۰.۰۵ using SPSS software version ۲۲.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the studied indicators in the post-test stage. (p≥۰.۰۵).The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that comprehensive ۱۱-plus training can affect the performance indicators of young futsal players. Therefore, coaches and sports professionals in the field of futsal are recommended to use ۱۱ Plus training, if possible, to improve the performance of futsal players and possibly reduce injuries.
