چکیده مقاله:

Professional sports clubs need key decisions and constant changes in their policies, procedures, coaches and players to survive in the competition. The purpose of this study was to investigate the function of neuroscience in the transformation of professional sports clubs in the country. The method of the present study was applied in terms of nature and purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of analysis. Data collection was done by documentary study method. The data collection tool required for the research was books, articles and scientific works in the field of organizational neurology, which were compiled in accordance with the needs of sports clubs after study and analysis. Inductive approach (part to whole) was used to analyze the data. Experimental and scientific experts were used to check the validity of the data. The findings showed that sports club managers, in order to be able to easily make the desired behavioral changes, must start by abandoning decisions and behaviors that have been problematic in the past, and identify and create new behaviors. Over time, this can form the dominant trajectory in the brain. This facilitates change by creating questions in people s minds and does not require approaches such as counseling, encouragement and punishment. Managers can make a big difference by reminding and focusing on the mental abilities of club members (positive feedback). The above findings about the brain, by empowering managers to be effective by making lasting changes in themselves, others, the club environment and the community, can overcome barriers to improving productivity.
