چکیده

The critical success of technology-oriented organizations in today's turbulent conditions is to adapt to rapid environmental changes, increase the power of learning from uncertainties and provide an appropriate and early response to change. Today, the concept of the learning organization is closely related to the agility literature of the organization. In a way, past solutions have lost their ability to meet organizational challenges and the external environment; it is better to replace them with new approaches and views. The position of the software industry in various aspects, especially the country's economic system, is undeniable. This doubles the need for appropriate methodologies for software production. Since the concept of agility, despite its significant history in international trade, is still obsolete among Iranian IT companies, the primary purpose of this study is to introduce and prioritize the most critical organizational factors for the success of agile teams and achieve organizational agility. Given. In this research, we want to train using the AHP hierarchical model among ۴۰ IT experts and accept the agility culture of agile teams. Empowerment of employees as the principle of empiricism and monitoring of the correct implementation of Frameworks and agility methods were identified as the most critical factors influencing the performance of agile teams, respectively. In contrast, issues such as the personality of the people in the agile team and the use of project management technologies showed the most negligible impact.
