An analysis of increasing quality and reducing costs by building industrialization methods and new building materials in the implementation of roofs

The construction industry needs more efficient organizations, more efficient processes, and more creative ways to build. This need, created by globalization, the creation of a competitive market, and the technological advances of the present century, has been addressed in the light of computer advances and the industrialization of buildings. The constant problems of the construction industry, such as the quality of execution, shortage of skilled workers, execution efficiency and safety of workers, are improved with the industrialization of the building. The question is, to what extent is the industrialization of construction projects possible or cost-effective? In the process of building industrialization, the main goals are summarized as reducing costs, increasing the quality of construction, reducing waste of resources, increasing the speed of construction, ease of implementation, preventing damage to the environment, improving the level of technology, using capacities Indigenous to each area and increase the safety of buildings, so the adoption of appropriate policy in the decision-making process regarding the implementation of development projects is critical and the development of support systems and tools for decision-making can help implementers. In this paper, the research process is based on identifying different technologies of building industrialization about the roof, technical considerations, how and quality of its implementation and comparing them from the economic-technical point of view, ie reducing costs and increasing the quality of construction.
