خلاصه مقاله:
Nowadays, the use of underwater equipment for various commercial, military and scientific research operations as well as navigation and sending commands to such devices as AUV, UUV, ROV robots and unmanned submarines are important research topics in research centers. Usually, the control of these underwater robots is done manually and automatically. In this paper, we explain a new method for sending commands to these devices. In this method, sending the commands for control and guidance is done through the telecommunication lines, which requires the installation and planning of a board equipped with wire cards, cameras and... Inside them. All parts such as engines, servers, etc. they are indirectly connected to the central mobile board. And they are controlled by receiving orders from the central station that this station can be another mobile phone or system. The advantages of using SIM Card and mobile phone as a control system can be mentioned as low cost and very high range.
