چکیده مقاله:

The most important task of the electricity industry of any country can be considered as providing electricity to subscribers with the most economical state and appropriate reliability. Today, with the growing demand for electricity, the movement of power systems from traditional structures to modern and competitive structures, as well as economic problems related to network losses and the costs imposed by this category and the substantive technical and economic consequences, has led to The issue of reducing losses should be considered. The issue of losses, as well as the valuation and determination of related costs, are among the issues that are of great importance in restructured power systems. Network losses need to be fairly and equitably allocated to producers and the relevant costs charged. Therefore, numerous researches have been done to allocate losses to producers and many methods have been presented in this field, each of which has studied and analyzed this particular point of view. In power networks, electrical energy is wasted in various ways. Since each component of losses and the share of each in network losses is different; therefore, it is necessary to investigate the losses in the power network, in the first place, identify the type of losses and then allocate it so that it can eventually lead to a reduction in network losses. In the issue of loss allocation, we try to distribute the loss cost fairly among all network components, so that this cost allocation is done after a full load distribution. An attempt is made to introduce a number of methods for allocating appropriate loss costs. These methods include the following: Pro-rata method, power tracking method, Sensitivity analysis method or ITL method, Z-bus method, loss allocation using Game Theory, loss allocation using neural networks, loss allocation using equivalent radial network, optimal load distribution method and Sensitivity analysis (SITL) which we will discuss in detail in the research.
