خلاصه مقاله:
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of establishing Third Generation Standards of National Accreditation of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hospitals on perceived organizational justice by nurses and the quality of nursing services from the perspective of patients in Abadan hospitals using the Servqual model. For this purpose, ۳۶۷ patients were randomly selected from Abadan hospitals. The present study is a correlation analysis in terms of applied purpose and in terms of the descriptive-analytical method. The measurement tools of this research include the Kanshiro model organizational justice questionnaire and SERVQUAL model quality of service questionnaire. For data analysis, SPSS software and one-sample t-test, linear regression model, Pearson correlation test, and descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation were used. The results of the present study showed that the establishment of third generation national accreditation standards for hospitals has a direct and significant impact on organizational justice perceived by nurses and the quality of nursing services. Also, the results of the Pearson correlation showed that organizational justice perceived by nurses has a positive and significant effect on the quality of nursing services (P <۰.۰۵)
