چکیده مقاله:
The purpose of this research is to evaluate and critique the ۱۱th "Human and Environment" textbook, both quantitatively and qualitatively. In this research, first, we examined the repetition and overlap with the contents of other books and then analyzed the text, questions and pictures of the book in terms of student engagement based on the William Rumi method. In the second step, we have examined the readability level of the textbook based on the flash method, and finally, we have determined the main categories as well as the sub-categories mentioned by the text of the book. Data analysis showed that firstly, the book "Man and the Environment" has several overlaps with the textbooks taught in previous years, such as experimental sciences, as well as textbooks being taught, such as the ۱۱th Geology textbook. Secondly, by observing the research process and analyzing the data based on the William Rumi method, we are witnessing the inactivity of the content of the book, too active questions and the proportionality of the pervasive conflict with the images. In the third part we see that based on the flash readability method, the book words are difficult and disproportionate to the educational background.
